Use the lid as a measuring cup. Fill it with 5 ml of water and pour it into the sterilizer’s water chamber.

Turn your clean menstrual cup upside down inside the sterilizer, over the water area, and close the lid securely.

Plug in the device and press the power button. The indicator light will turn on and the sterilization process will run for about 7–8 minutes.

Once the cycle completes and the device switches off, allow it to cool. Carefully remove the cup, wipe the unit dry, unplug it, and store it safely.
