Shipping Policy

All orders placed on Nari Yari are shipped via prepaid payment modes only, including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets.

Orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided by you during checkout or saved in your account.


 

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–15 business days, depending on:

    • Your location

    • Courier partner serviceability

    • External factors beyond our control

Once dispatched, tracking details (AWB number or tracking link) will be shared via email or SMS wherever applicable.


 

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted third-party logistics partners, including but not limited to:

  • India Post

  • DTDC

  • Professional Couriers

  • Local or inter-city courier services servicing your PIN code

Courier selection depends on serviceability and operational efficiency.


 

Non-Delivery Scenarios

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing the order.

  • Nari Yari is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or outdated address details

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the order will be marked as closed

  • No re-dispatch or refund will be applicable in such cases


 

P.O. Box Addresses

Most courier partners do not deliver to Post Office Box (P.O. Box) addresses.

  • If a P.O. Box is provided, we may attempt to contact you for an alternate address

  • If we are unable to reach you or receive an alternate address, the order will be cancelled and marked as closed


 

Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails after the maximum attempts allowed by the courier, the order will be treated as undeliverable

  • Such orders will be marked as closed


 

Refused by Recipient

If an order is refused by the recipient (including gift orders):

  • The package will be returned to us as undeliverable

  • The order will be considered closed

  • To avoid this, please inform the recipient in advance if the order is a gift

 


 

Delays Beyond Our Control

We rely on third-party logistics providers and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Weather conditions

  • Law & order situations

  • Operational or logistics disruptions

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist and coordinate resolution where possible.
