Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Menstrual Cups
• Reusable Cloth Pads
• Sterilizing Containers (Cuptainers)
• Any product that comes in contact with the body

Once delivered, these items are non-returnable, even if unused.

* Refund process – Refunds are processed only in the following situations:

• Product damaged in transit
• Incorrect item delivered
• Cancellation request received before dispatch

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original mode of payment.
